Whether you weigh in daily or weekly, please join me for May! Personally, I like to weigh in everyday with the understanding that weight fluctuates. The importance is seeing your weight trend going down. This is all about responsibility (ME) and accountability (YOU) for becoming a healthier US! I look forward to seeing your weigh ins on May 1st

I am in!!! This post has really made me feel a lot better. I am 9 days into my healthier lifestyle of working out and eating (healthier) plus drinking my gallon of water a day. I have been really discouraged because of my lack of weight loss. I see that some people really stayed around the same weight until week 2-3 then dropped the lbs. Hanging in there!!!3

When is the best time to weigh? I prefer mornings once I get out of bed.3

@IFoster360 I agree. Morning is best time to weigh in, before eat, drink and dress. I only do it once a week as weight fluctuates daily and I get frustrated with too many changes.4

I weigh myself first thing in the morning as well before eating or drinking anything. Looking forward to this journey with all of you! First weigh ins tomorrow!!!2 -
