    @IFoster360 I agree. Morning is best time to weigh in, before eat, drink and dress. I only do it once a week as weight fluctuates daily and I get frustrated with too many changes.

    I weigh myself first thing in the morning as well before eating or drinking anything. Looking forward to this journey with all of you! First weigh ins tomorrow!!!

    I am in. I am trying Barre 3 for the first time. Interesting to see if it works
