Hello everyone! I have lost over 44 pounds in the past two years by being mindful on what I am eating and adding daily yoga into my life. I would like to start focusing on how to get rid of that belly fat! I have two kids who are 7 and 10, but for some reason I cannot get rid of that pouch in my stomach! Does anyone have some good tips on how to tone up my belly?
Thank you!
Thank you!

The only way to remove fat is by calorie deficit.
You cannot spot reduce a specific area, fat comes off where it wants to, all you can do is continue losing until it comes off.7 -
Not sure what you mean by "tone up" your belly. Tone is a pretty vague term. Other than that, if you mean reduce fat in your abdomen, Kris pretty much nailed it. You keep losing fat until it's gone.3

If you want to tone up or lose fat and gain some muscle, you will probably want to follow a resistance based routine like one found in the below thread:

Additionally, I would recommend a higher protein diet (~.8-1g/lb) and focusing on solid calorie tracking practices.4
