No More Late Night Snacking in 2020 -- May 2020 Challenge

I'm a bit late for May but starting this. I just started losing weight as of yesterday, the moment I weaned my little one. Now that I am not nursing, its okay or even good that my milk will disappear when I lose weight.
I will still allow specific healthy or goal oriented snacks but no more eating whole bags of chips! Example yesterday I needed more protein so I ate a leftover burger patty in mustard lol. Acceptable. I'm also aiming to go to bed earlier to help prevent snacking... and catch up from 15 months of waking up over night to feed my daughter.

Ok, am I the only one starting off horribly? Lol. I factor in late night frozen strawberries but keep hitting the bread which has been a struggle. Must do better tonight!3 -

I had a planned small snack. A granola bar and a decaf coffee while chatting with my cousin on the phone. It was nice. Did not eat a party size bag of Doritos like I have for the past few months.1 -

Not at all! I started terribly but the idea is to constantly strive to get better!0 -
