Friday night was the end of one of the most stress-filled weeks I have had at my current company and, frankly, I drank myself silly. Saturday I did a run first thing (and my knee wasn't happy with me!) and it was Mother's Day yesterday so the diet was ... iffy. Although I will say I didn't LNS Saturday or Sunday!
Hopefully this week goes much smoother and my knee gets better - I want to start biking to work again in the back half of the week!

Yesterday was a full day of meetings and the cold cuts and cheese and crackers were right in front of me. *le sigh*

Yesterday was a decent day - I ate a bit too much but I also know my treadmill calories are unreported (I design it that way) so it should be fine. And the stress-relief is huge!

However you can make it work for you, do that!I have been starting and stopping this for 8 or 9 years now, it's all the process!
