    Had a meal last night and ended up still too low. I've been trying to get off some meds I've been on for a year and I think it may be causing anxiety (a documented side effect of going off). So I'm increasing my dose a bit again today and going to go off slowly so that I hopefully feel better and take good care of myself. One low day here and there is fine but I am trying to make sure this doesn't happen a lot or for much longer. I'm having the opposite problem as usual. I typically over eat when stressed, up to a point... this really only happened once before, right before my wedding.

    So I took the weekend off from calorie counting (and MFP) - just too much going on to have a sane diet. I was quite active with everything so I don't think it's too bad. I did, however, stick to my no eating after 8 PM and not before 6 AM. I'm pretty darn impressed, and today was my first bike ride commuting to and from work, so that's a definite win!

    It's been a fun week - crazy busy at work and started cycling for my commute (part time). As a result I haven't been updating as often. I was doing well until last night - I had company stop by well after 8 PM and I made frosting for cupcakes for work today, and you need to taste the frosting, amirite?

    Overall I'm very happy with my progress however, even if the scale hasn't totally shown it yet!

    Friday night was purely drinks and a IDGAF mood. Saturday was my niece's birthday so we attended that but it was two or three hours out of town so we didn't get to have dinner until after 8 PM. And yesterday I actually did it, which was nice.
