Thanks @Kiyomoo for starting this again. I went back and forth if I should join again, I was having great success pre-SIP but my new lifestyle is making it hard for me to keep losing. I’m drinking too much, moving too little, and sleeping too late. On the bright side, my eating and workouts have been on plan, so that’s good.
But at this point, why not? Accountability may help! Good wishes to all.
