    I'm aiming to reach my UGW this round. :)

    I got a new scale the first week of May so I gained what I lost the last challenge. :|
    Oh well, a gain or loss was expected.

    5’2” I’m currently maintaining at 148.6. I am 74 years old. My weight is in the normal range for my age, height and build (using wrist circumference). I use a modern BMI calculator, rather than the old basic one.

    @syreina You didn’t gain weight 😂 It’s just a reminder that even weight is relative. I can move my scale about and it will vary by 2-3 lbs.

    Look at trends. If you are still trending down you are doing a fine.

    I just weaned my 15 month old. Up till now any time I tried to lose weight, even slowly, I lost my milk. Now that she isn't nursing I can get this done! I haven't lost even 1 lb since the day after I gave birth. Even when I gave birth I only lost 3 lbs above her birth weight which was a bit disappointing. I've been feeling low about myself and have some goals to achieve after stopping breastfeeding. I've been on medication to help with lactation for over a year that has the effect of emptying the stomach quickly, thus increasing hunger. It will take 20 to 25 more days to safely get off the medication. I want to lose weight and increase fitness. And I want to sleep darn it. Hopefully with these being done I will feel more like myself. Its been a hard year.

    I'm not new to MFP. I lost my original weight in 2013 using Weight Watchers, then switched to MFP to maintain. I had my first child in 2017 and lost the weight easily (using MFP) while breastfeeding him. I had my second child in January 2019 but have been unable to lose the weight. Even though I weigh less than I did before losing weight the very first time in 2013, my measurements are actually bigger... oh babies. I really want to fit back into my wardrobe. I am too cheap to buy all new clothes.
