6/7: 226.8 👎 Not great but not unexpected. It’s important to have the nights out even if it does mean a little gain. I’m still down from the start of the week.
7/7: 227.4😣 this is still leftover from my night out! I was under my calorie allowance for the last 2 days but 🤷♀️ I’m just going to keep at it 💪

Today I went for a run which felt like it went by super fast so I'll take that as a mini victory! I also stayed under my calories which is good. I remeasured my waist today to remind myself that even though my weight isn't changing, my body certainly is.5 -
