7/4 127.7 Sudden drop in weight which I'm not sure how I managed. I've been eating at 1400 consistently and the only thing I changed yesterday was I went on a 1.5 hour walk. It was suppose to be just a normal evening stroll with my husband but we got on the topic of atomic structure and just kept walking haha

Not a great day yesterday !!! At work and we all ate tons of junky food . I don’t expect much if any movement on the scale front this Monday.
