    I finally broke through the plateau! I definitely prefer weighing myself once a week rather than daily: it reduced my stress level so much not dealing with daily fluctuations.

    I recently took the somatotype quiz and found out I'm an endomorph, so I'm playing with my macros, increasing protein and decreasing carbs. I'm definitely carb sensitive, so it makes sense. The problem I'm having is trying to balance out the fat: I keep going over!

    So you lost 20 lbs between April-June? Such an amazing drop! So inspiring! I wish I could do that. Just nutrition? Or working out, too? Any secret potions🤪?
