    I'm in for a weekly weigh in.
    July goal is to drop 5 pounds. Overall goal is to get back to my old maintainence range of 115-118lbs.

    I get where you are coming from. After my second child (a 10 lb baby) was born, I was breast-feeding and dropped 27 pounds in nine days. I was eating plenty, too. And drinking lots of water. No one tells you how thirsty nursing a baby can make you! Good luck, and I hope the weight falls off for you.

    7/1: 178.0 lbs (Gained a couple of pounds due to major Endo/IBS bloat. Sigh.)
    7/2: 177.0 lbs (Thank god the bloating is starting to go away! A couple more days, and I'll hopefully be good again.)
