F/5'5 Just had a baby a few months ago, the weight is coming off really fast, so don't be concerned if I lose a ridiculous amount in July. I was 196 right before I gave birth. I was at 125 when I got pregnant.
I will weigh in once a week. I also do one set of fasting a month to boost my system. I am also drinking around a gallon of water a day, and barely any sugar.

I get where you are coming from. After my second child (a 10 lb baby) was born, I was breast-feeding and dropped 27 pounds in nine days. I was eating plenty, too. And drinking lots of water. No one tells you how thirsty nursing a baby can make you! Good luck, and I hope the weight falls off for you.0 -

Great job to everyone! Whether or not the scale is up or down today you are still putting forth the effort and still showing up! You can do this!! While it is good to get healthy and lose weight remember you are more than a number and don't let the scale define who you are as a person! This is something I have to tell myself whether my weight is up or down the scale doesn't define me. Just wanted to say hello to you all and let you know you are doing a great job!
