I managed to maintain in June but really want to see a loss in July. I'm released from the surgeon for all activity after my 5/7 neck surgery, so I'm ready to go.6 -

I’m 5ft5 my goal is to get back down to a pre baby weight of 120-130lb.
It would be amazing to lose 5lbs this month but I’m happy with any progress. I have never tried an accountability weigh in before.

I've been going up and down ( way more up than down) since 2008 and I'm tired of feeling meh. I need to lose 45 lbs to be healthy and happy. And I HAVE TO KEEP IT OFF. My goal is 4-5 lbs a month and be 135 by March 2021 on my 50th birthday.
