As I get started I'd like to do some sort of fitness self-assessment. I can't afford a trainer or to get anything done professionally. Do you guys have any suggestions for free resources online that I can use to do a self-assessment for my fitness level?

Is it a little ironic that the age groups in the assessment top out at 49, then they link to an "age defying workout"?
