    Round 120 SW:
    Round 120 GW: 160

    Round 119 SW:165 EW:162 (-3)
    Goals: short term goal get out of the 160's
    loose 2 pounds every round, which would mean reaching 140 by September 28th
    get out of the overweight BMI category for my height, 140 pounds is the top end of the average BMI category
    UGW: get into the middle of the average BMI category for my height = 125 pounds

    Round 120 - Started MFP and 10-Day Challenge 12/27/19 - 186.0 (Heaviest weight ever!)

    Goal this round:
    Continue to stay away from sugar/white flour to control my binges/cravings.
    Make this the round that I finally get back to my lowest weight on MFP - 173.2

    JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 120 (round 52 for me ) I'm in for another round (of course!) – I need to just keep going! Yet again thank you @GrandmaJackie, such a champion particularly in these unprecidented & unsettled times, helping keep some stability in our lives, for setting up these challenges.

    Female age 62 5' 4” - Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight – I'm working at it – it's a permanent way of life !

    Goal – get back to 132 for this round.... - aim to get back to & stick with good habits: be mindful of what I eat & drink, keep walking, no binges, really want to keep the 10 days binge free! Keep calm, wash hands, be kind and follow all latest Government guidelines for C-19 virus.

    @tlw9297 This is how I do it. I use "Notes" on my computer (you could also do it in a Word document, but Notes is handy for me). At the beginning of the round, I copy and paste the dates for the round into a Note where it stays for the whole round. I update there each morning, then copy and paste the whole thing from Notes into this "reply" space. That way, I don't have to go back and find my previous posts.

    The Notes app should already be on your computer, I think. I have a Mac, though, so I'm not 100% sure about that if you have a PC. My icon looks like this:
