I am so guilty of this. When I start to see progress in my weight loss journey, my mind thinks it's okay to eat a little bit more until I see my weight increasing then I start to feel bad. But guess what, it's really okay.... it's okay to enjoy our favorite foods once in a while as long as we get back on track. So I am back on track today....tracking my food, 30-40mins cardio! Hope you all have a nice weekend!

I completely disregarded reducing my calories this week. I started a new job that includes being on my feet all day and am trying to learn the medical system they use as quickly as I can. I drink wine in the evening to relax while I watch a movie and can easily add 300-400 calories. (Non-weightloss success though is that I have been minimizing the amount of stuff I own. It's been going well and I have found a decrease in overall anxiety, so there's that! )5 -
