Great work everyone! For those like me who strayed a bit off course here and there - I've been following the posts (when my MFP app has been working) and we managed to get ourselves back on track! Don't give up! We are making progress as long as we don't quit! See you in September.1 -

8/2 161 thought I would do a daily check in and maybe lose more than 3 lbs this month.

8/11160whew! 10 days to lose a pound. First of mini-mini goal done, 1 pound to make me 40 lbs
from goal. Second mini goal another pound to get back to where I ended last year.
I almost quit a few times but thanks to all the support here I hung in there and
made it! So here goes 1 more pound.
8/12 158.8 !!! Finally to low of last year! Total loss 33 lbs. Next goal 3 lbs that will be my half way point.
8/13 158.9!! Here we go again, hope I'm not stuck
8/14 158.9 Tomorrow the weekly weigh-in hope i don't gain like I did last Saturday
8/15 158.9 Well it is 1 lb per week this month which is better than last month.
8/24 158.5 Took a break from logging. Good news I didn't gain Bad news didn't lose much. but one more week
to go!

8/17 144.2 i just wanted some biscuits (american biscuits, warm flaky buttery yum) last night but the carbs are killing me 😭

8/19 142.2 decided to try a 36h water fast from 8/17 eve to 8/19 morn to combat the carb/sodium bloat. felt pretty good throughout and definitely less bloated afterward, even after eating normally again
