I’m a 5’ 8”, 45 yo Mom of 2 young ones. The lockdown had me squeaking toward 200, so I knew I had to start taking better care of myself!

7/26 – 185.9 - This is a glorious day as I have been recently struggling with the 187 speedbump. I’ve now had TWO days under 187 and I think it’s going to stick!

@futnap and @StotheAndy Try to focus on things you can control to bring down any anxiety that disrupts your well-being and goals. While my meds help with depression and anxiety, I find I feel better when I let the world be crazy, but I refuse to be its lunch!

I'm a 52yo woman in the midst of a Couch to 10K program. This morning I finished the Week 6, Day 1 run, which went just fine. I injured an ankle about a year ago and it's taken many months to rehab. Driving home today I realized that I didn't even *think* about my ankle during my run, or after, and that's amazing.11 -

I pretty much let it all go during the quarantine — exercise and diet. I was anxious, depressed, stressed out... Anyways, I'm slowly regaining control over my habits and I'm finally ready to set some health/nutrition goals.

7/26: 235.2 (+1.6)/20.2 (+0.2). I had some company over last night (social-distancing on the outdoor patio), and I had a "cheat-meal" and three drinks. The meal was more of a quantity issue than quality; I'm going to treat it like the "slip" it was. I have another "outing" this evening (outdoor social-distancing visit) with my wife at my brother-in-law's home. I'm not sure what we're eating, but I'm going to go into it with portion control (and no more more than a drink or two) in mind.
7/27: 235.8 (+0.6)/20.2 (0.0). I went to with my wife to my brother-in-law's yesterday, and "it could have been worse." I had a couple of drinks, I ate reasonably (probably 1.5 times what I would have had if I was alone), and it's really hard to stay on target when I'm not completely in control of everything. Spending time with others twice in a short weekend (every other weekend is three days for me) is unusual. I'm going to be 100% on-plan for the next five days (including this one). Let's see how long it takes to get back to where I was this past Friday. I'm adjusting my goal for this week, hoping that I can end up where I started at the end of last challenge.

07/26 - 326.9 - Huge uptick. Overate yesterday and my last meal got me sick and bloated. Not sure if it was undercooked (ribs) or something else, but I'll be preparing them differently next time.
07/27 - 329.0 - Strictly an excess of calories over the weekend. Prolly why I felt ill over the weekend (too much food). I'll be interested to see how much I drop by Saturday weight-in, since it normally reflects the largest, final, end-of-the-week drop.

Hi I am trying this again. 2020 has just been to much for me to deal with at times. We had to move our wedding up 3 weeks and we could only have our children there with us. No other family or friends. We will have a re-do next year and make it everything we wanted, but I am just happy that after 10 years of being engaged we are officially married! We have had to put it off multiple time in the past, but bot even Covid was going to change our mind this year. So I am married! Now I need to lose the 20 pounds I have gained in the last 5 months of this quarantine.

70 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... ...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
We used to walk 5 miles a day. Recovered from back surgery then hip surgery!! Got back to walking then I sprained my ankle. UGH! hurts! I was down for 6 weeks with the ankle.
The Shelter in Place has everyone freaked. We need to remain calm and respectful of each other.

07/26 144 lbs 1,258 Calories 65 Carbs, 58 Net Carbs 3,360 steps and 30 minutes of water aerobics. Didn’t do much walking today but stood for about 4 hours putting sweet corn. I told my husband I’m done freezing corn!!
07/27 144.0 lbs 1,407 Calories 51 Carbs, 42 Net Carbs. It was a raining day so no exercise today just a lazy day!😊 Went out to eat tonight. We haven’t done this much but in my book this restaurant did it right. Reservations are required and spaced out way more then the requirements. My husband had a steak and I had shrimp. An enjoyable evening.

07/26 - 102.5kg - It's late in the evening so this won't be accurate, but don't want to skip a day.
07/27 - 101.7kg - I trust no loss until it's been at least 4 days since bad eating.
07/28 - 101.3kg - Made some poor decisions yesterday but not as many as usual. Still feeling bloated af tho.

24/7: 52.8kg ~after a week of awful binging and almost no exercise. A little tired from period and restricting sugar.
25/7: ~better workout today.
26/7: 50.9kg ~didn’t feel like working out at all, hormones maybe? managed to do light exercise
27/7: ~today is much better, thank God. I was very active and even managed to work out. All those likes made me very happy. Thank you everyone!
