    Goal weight this month 200 lbs.
    Goal weight overall is very much lower! Need to be a healthy weight and feel good about myself again.

    January put on 0.4 lbs
    February put on 2.4 lbs
    March LOST 3 lbs
    April put on 1.4 lbs
    May 2020 put on 1.6 lbs
    June 2020 stayed the same
    July 2020 lost 0.2 lbs

    1st August 205.4 lbs

    Can I ask when people measure themselves, what do you measure? I’ve noticed my jeans will come down without undoing the button now! Not sure if they’ve stretched! Just thought measurements might be interesting! Thanks. Good luck everyone!

    Hi i think we can input your measures on this system with your weight. I measure hips waist and breasts.

  • High weight was around 170, started keeping closer track around 155. Really slowed down in june/July.

    I measure the following spots once a month and log in my spreadsheet: bust, under bust, waist, belly, hips, thigh, calf. It’s interesting to see where the losses show up. Definitely recommend!

    i haven't been tracking my eating and it is out of control. Today is a new day! what do you guys do to get your head in the game. i keep trying to stay focused, but it has been a challenge

    Not sure how to quote replies, hoping this posts ok. I think you have it exactly right-- today is a new day!! I set calories pretty ambitiously-- then if I stick to calories half the days of the week, I still lose 0.5-1lb a week- and that's not bad! I think its key to keep coming back to it as often as possible, and to keep imperfect days as close to *maintenance* as possible, so even when progress is slow its still trending in the right direction. That's my philosophy on it anyway! Also I live alone and have been working from home since March, so I don't have much else to think about :-D

    Not sure if I’m posting this in the right spot. I’d love to join this team for focus and accountability. I’m currently at my highest (barring pregnancy). I’d like to weigh each week and ultimately drop 4 pounds by the end of August.
