Goal for this round is to stay focused for the whole 10 days, stick to what I know, and hopefully see the numbers drop!
08/25 - 79.1kg, I've started CICO again since Sunday and feeling good!
08/26 - 78.5kg, I'm seeing a lot of dropping very quickly but I feel like it'll creep up a little or plateau very soon. Likely losing a lot of water weight but it feels good regardless!

08/25: 241.2 Started the day off with a walk. Ended up getting lost and walking for half an hour longer than I meant to. I guess I got my steps in at least. Was doing pretty good with calories till my mom told me about a new specialty doughnut place I had to try. Ended up eating 2 and a half donuts for dinner. Oh well...

When you get this uncomfortable in your skin AND your clothes, you know you need a little extra accountability, and this forum is helping, tremendously!
Been making myself go for walks (or do workout videos) when my hurtin' body would rather say "No." Because my BMR is so low, I've been really cognizant of what is going in my mouth (and I'm not putting something in there-out of sheer boredom!) I've decided that I really don't enjoy exercising all that much! But, I've seen so much improvement in how my clothes fit over the past 15 days, that I'm NOT giving up now! Super excited to be getting back into my "real" wardrobe, after an umpteen year hiatus...

70 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... ...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
We used to walk 5 miles a day. Recovered from back surgery then hip surgery!! Got back to walking then I sprained my ankle. UGH! hurt! I was down for 6 weeks with the ankle.
The Shelter in Place has everyone freaked. We need to remain calm and respectful of each other.

08/25 145.4 I haven't really lost anything in days, and I feel a spike coming on. Maybe a big one. Why is it so hard to get motivated right now? I'm bingeing on sugary treats because I'm so stressed out with this endless quarantine and homeschooling. Must stop before I regain everything, sigh.

JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 124 (round 56 for me ) I'm in for another round (as always!) – I need to just keep going! As always, thank you @GrandmaJackie such a champion particularly in these unprecedented & unsettled times, helping keep some stability in our lives, for setting up these challenges.
Female age 62 5' 4” - Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight – I'm working at it – it's a permanent way of life !
Goal for this round – to lose a pound. 08/25 133 – 8.64 miles walked yesterday, chocolate got the better of me last night (sigh!). DGS back in theatre for liver biopsy today, bloodwork figures indicate possible rejection, biopsy will confirm/deny, if it is rejecting they can prescribe additional drugs to reverse, keeping fingers and everything else crossed.
08/26 132.4 – Walking non existent! Storm Francis forced me back home, I don't like walking in the rain and with blustery gusting wind it was even worse, that together with lunch out with my sisters meant that I was 386 calories, 23g carbs & 42g fat over. DGS is well in himself, awaiting liver biopsy results, hopefully today.

@deepwoodslady - Thank you for the encouragement! I will have quit smoking for 1 year on Sept. 22nd. Before I quit, I was maintaining very well around 140 to 142. Since then, I've been struggling to get back to that maintenance weight. My resting heart rate dropped 8 beats a minute and so I think my metabolism has slowed a little. However, being able to run up and down stairs, run around with my dog, and getting rid of the cough and health fears has been worth the extra 5 lbs.5

Previous Day's Comments08/25 - Quite alright. Starting off with a sodium bump. BF made dinner last night and apparently the flow restriction top of the worcestershire sauce came off while he was adding it, only to dump a bit too much in there and could taste the extra saltiness of it. Focusing on water today, again, and finding activity to get moving. Didn't sleep well at all, though my fitbit says I had the best sleep in a long while. Obviously false as it read I was in "REM" but I definitely looked at the time and was awake during that period. Hoping I can wake up fully and enough to not be lazy and dragging all day.

08/25 - 231.8 - Though I walked 3.36 miles yesterday morning my Apple watch did NOT consider it exercise LOL Stopping to talk to neighbors, dog potty, dropping off book at library, light at intersection and not using pause on the watch when stopping … I guess it thinks I strolled too much. Overall I did get 12300 steps total yesterday. Today I must walk more purposefully!
08/26 - 231.2 - 3 mile walk but ran into friends again … some decided to walk with me. A couple of glasses of wine with dinner. Broke my dry spell this month.
