    Ok no compound would be : press ups , triceps dips ( put a weight on my back/ legs if that suits the criteria :laugh:
    and leg adductor machine ( its good practice :wink: seen that bond movie?)

    May I ask why so many would do both squats and deadlifts?

    No idea. I was assuming these lifts were all with barbells and that the rest of the work I needed to do could be done with bodyweight exercises, climbing trees (pullups on branches etc), and carrying rocks and such.

    Deadlifts = good for back/legs

    Because squats = 100% possibility for good legs
    Deadlifts = good for back/legs

    Squats also work your posterior chain. And by doing two leg exercises, you neglect other body parts.

    would be squat but hurts my lower back (physio doesntknow why cos shes an *kitten*) but if the gods allow me a fixed back, remove ohp and add squat ;)
