What makes you bond with someone?

There are some people with whom you click immediately and others with whom you have a warming up period. Still others that you never grow close with at all. What are the little things that make you feel closer to someone, or make it more likely that you’ll bond with them?

    I was typing some things and I realized that I'm *kitten* up. So nvm I don't know how in the first place and it's just me and the animals. We bond because they're soft and cute and when they judge me it's also cute.

    I love a well-played insult. I’m way more drawn in by people who read me well enough to know that giving me a hard time about something will make me laugh

    Yesss! I have thick skin and a hellacious sense of humor. Can be dark sometimes. It happens. My day isn't complete without a well-played insult or even a complete roasting session.

    I know how this sounds but I bond immediately with folks who are cynical, a touch grouchy and who can make me laugh about how stupid it all is.
