What makes you bond with someone?

Chemistry. That chemical reaction that produces dopamine and serotonin. Might as well face it you're addicted to love.
Your lights are on, but you're not home
Your mind is not your own
Your heart sweats, your body shakes
Another kiss is what it takes
You can't sleep, you can't eat
There's no doubt, you're in deep
Your throat is tight, you can't breathe
Another kiss is all you need
Whoa, you like to think that you're immune to the stuff, oh yeah
It's closer to the truth to say you can't get enough
You know you're gonna have to face it, you're addicted to love1 -
Humor, when a person is clever, or when some writes for the first time like I'm a genuine friend.0

Crossfit
But all jokes aside... I seem to bond well with high energy, loud, bubbly, ADHD kinda people...1 -
The easiest way to explain it is the more country, with a touch of redneck, someone is usually means we'll get along pretty good for a very long time.3

I hear you. This is why I work with animals and by default people (that I only brush on 'bonding' with like basic social niceties).3 -
we'll get along if they understand and accept that geese are simply misunderstood dinosaurian remnants.
like little velociraptors- only with feathers and big hearts and adorable honking instead of the whole murdering thing

Bonding for me is unusual.
I had to "hide" a lot of stuff as a kid, so don't know if that's part of it?
I "get along" with most people - even ones I don't like (funny enough, I often find qualities I do like in the people I don't like after thinking about how much they bother me!)
For me when it happens, its intrinsic and I don't really think about it (except for fear of losing it) and I treasure it.5 -
When I think about it, the people whom I've been the closes with and or had the most fun with, have always been those who just understood me the best, and were looking for the same type of thing... 💕4

100% got remnants of a velociraptors, those geese!
I used to be wary of them.
Now I appreciate and admire them!
Watching Canada geese fly and honk in formation makes me smile now - they are so fast and graceful for a biggish bird... look so streamlined flying...it's really cool when you think about it...like how much energy does it take a "big" bird to fly? And never mind the migration effort2 -
yeah, there's probably a few action verbs more entertaining than 'bonding'.1
