    Last night I ate filet mignon and ahi tuna and STILL lost weight. I'm really enjoying a low carb diet, I'm seeing change I haven't see all year.

Really got my weight down a couple years ago, got down to about 240lbs or so, but since my daughter was born last year I've not been tracking, and I've noticed a steady upward climb.

    I need to upgrade my scale - it only does half-pound increments and it’s probably masking some movement (up and down)! We did our Labor Day grilling last night, so I’m happy it didn’t go up, at least.
