I shared a huge seafood boil with my husband for lunch (clams, crab, shrimp, sausage). Calculating the meat was easy enough (and surprisingly less calories than I thought!) but the amount of garlic butter it was cooked it...that would be impossible. Either way I'm still seeing a drop even though it looks like it might be slowing down.2 -

Getting below 160 went a LOT faster than I thought it would! Iβm expecting it to slow down so Iβve revised my goal for the rest of the month to 157. Still a very encouraging start - just need to remain focused when it doesnβt continue at this pace.3 -
