    Sooooo ... this was not the direction I had planned to go in for the last 2 weeks. Halloween and a 5-day visit from my brother-in-law really dealt a blow to my diet resolve. Not to place blame, it was just the excuse I needed to jump off the wagon. We'll see what happens at the doctor's on Thursday. Thanks to everyone who participated in this challenge!!

    @charmmeth - I would love to do another round through the end of the year. It might just help having accountability around the holidays. I'll start a new discussion on Monday.
