Great job!!! As someone else said, you look so much more comfortable. Can you do a post about changes in mobility? Things you couldn't do before that you can do now, etc. Good luck with your last 40!2

So....
I went from learning how to walk all over.
I had a walker. Than a cane. To maybe finally walking give or take like 2 mins without actually getting tired. I was in a wheelchair before all this...
I finally went to a gym and hopped on a elliptical machine. It gave me so much strength... for maybe like 8 min... than 20.. and so forth....
Finally I got into walking.....
Started with half a mile... and now do 5 miles slowly.... but I can walk without gassing out or getting tired. Big difference with those 150lbs off.11 -
Congratulations, you look so much more happy1

Update. Here's me at 324lbs on like Wed im around 322ish now.
I'm 6'3, and at a point I was closing in on 500lbs.
So I claim I've lost 140ish pounds since the scale I used only went up to 450lbs.
So im not sure how heavy I really was and was way to embarrassed to find out.
As of now im 322.7 -
dude you look amazing before and after.... only dif is you are now healthier and I'm going to guess, feeling a little better, lil' lighter on your feet. Keep it going. Formerly from San Francisco, now in Chicago area so yeah C-19 messed us up too... stay STRONG!1
