Yesterday, I started to slowly add walking back into my daily routine, and as soon as I'm able to I'll add exercise videos. Have to be careful because of bad knees. I reinjured my left knee a couple of weeks ago, and it has been a slow recovery.
Not being able to exercise and retaining water, causes my weight to fluctuate mostly up. Once I get rid of this excess water and get into an exercise routine that I'm able to do. That excess weight will come off. This has happened
before. Having health problems prevents me from doing certain activities.
