    I need to join! I followed one in September and it helped. I missed the October one and barely held my own! I will weigh in on Wednesdays starting Nov. 4th. My goal for the month would be 6-8 lbs.

    Nov 4th, Did better than expected, I need to start tracking again.

    Nov. 11th, I guess it's time to pay the piper! Didn't do well this week at all. I know exactly what my problem was: no tracking and very poor food choices!

    Nov. 18th, Nothing to say, another bad week, no excuses, need to pull up my boot straps!

    Dec 6th! Finally back. The month didn't end like I originally planned, ended at 243lbs. Going to try again for December , if there's one going? Thanks for this forum, even though I am not doing my best, it does help me keep from backsliding to the point of no return.
