  • I need this! Struggling to accept that my weight loss isn't linear. Seem to go ages stuck on the same weight then a drop so hopefully when I look back at this at the end of December I will see a pattern emerging and be able to move forward with more confidence and motivation to keep going on the days that the scale doesn't drop!
