Hah. Once I was annoyed at a guy who kept coming and going and FR me each time, so I said:
“I hope you want to be MFP pals and not MFP ‘pals’”
Looking back that may have been confusing. Please share your interpretation.
MFP pals = fitness pals who motivate eachother on their fitness goals and journey.
MFP "Pals" = Monday to Friday 8 to 5 and lots of shared recipes.3 -
