Working from home makes it easier to prepare meals for myself than it was going to the office after dropping 2 kids at school with lunches. Looking at this as one of the very few positives to be found right now.

December 21: 206.0 Well, there it is. In writing. Very stark. And right in the midst of Christmas week as I prepare to bake and also become a fudge making machine. Clearly I cannot control the Christmas goodies well. So I will try to control what I think I can right now. My actual meals, my movement and my water drinking. It will go A LONG WAY in helping to mitigate the damage.

I love the way I look and feel at this weight, and may or may not lose a little bit more just to give myself a little cushion. Plus, I'm not ready to move into "maintenance" just yet. January Actual: 192.2 ( I lost control on the last four days, but it's okay , we are human I won't beat myself over it, let's do better on February)
