On it, not setting a goal has worked in my favor this month for this challenge. If I do 3 planks, great! And if I do none that day, it's okay.
But I have gotten 3 one-minute forearm planks in each day so far! Yes, yes, yes!!!!5 -

Nice job!!!
I'm terrible at pushups. Our neighbors moved and threw a bunch of stuff out to the curb and with pushup handles being in there, my husband brought them home for me to sanitize and use you know with me being the athlete and all 😂🤣. I just looked at him like he was crazy. I didn't even know what they were and I can't even do ten pushups, either. I'll give them a good try one day, though.2 -
