    Me too! I am much better at dealing with day-to-day scale fluctuations ( especially when I "know" I have been on plan) than I am with finding myself "up" a pound after a week of hard work because I weighed on an "up" day.

    @annliz23 i am jealous ... only one standard poodle. Question ... how challenging was it to learn how to groom them? So far ,(Abby is 8 mo old) i have taken her to groomer. She gets just a basic trim with clean face and feet and nails done. Would be great tobsave the $85 every 6 weeks!!

    Morning all!!!

    I did a Monday weigh in and was up 0.8. I usually have a little weekend creep up so I’m not upset with this. CW = 172.8

    I have started planning my week and trying to shift the mindset. I am about to do an upper body workout bc who doesn’t want sexy shoulders and back?!?!

    I made a pot of Tuscan White Bean Soup yesterday. It is delicious and low cal. If you want the recipe, DM me. This will be dinner tonight... maybe lunch :)
