My name is Chris. I am 70 and 5'5". I live in northern California in the Bay Area.
* Start weight - 145.8
* Goal weight - 132.0
* Daily plan - One workout at a time, one pound at a time, one meal at a time and one day at a time. I borrowed this from a friend.
- Diet - IF
- Exercise - Walk 4-5 miles 5 days a week and workout w/trainer 3 time a week for 60 mins each session
- Joyful acts - Gratitude, self care.

* My start weight 205lb January 1st 2020
* My challenge goal weight 174 lbs
* Current weight 183.5 lbs
* My activity has increased slightly by adding the treadmill and weights.
* Diet still needs to be worked on. But not as excessive as the week before.
* Exercise I am trying to get as much activity in
* Joyful acts to practice the meditation tips to manage my stress levels so I can be a better person to myself and others.0 -
