Hi! I’m new here. Looking for ladyfriends with similar stats. I’m 5’2 and 130 lbs, 25-30% bf. Wanting to tone up and lose a little baby fat and get to 110 lbs. (my profile pic is my goal, not me!! Lol)
Not sure how I’m gonna do it yet.
Are you in the same boat? Or were you, and are now successful in reaching your goals?

Hi there, and welcome to MFP!
I'm not quite in your target demographic**, but I'm thinking that recomposition could be a good route for your goals (or maybe near recomp with just that slight calorie deficit for some gradual weight loss?). ** (I'm a li'l ol lady, pretty active, for truth in advertising. A few years back, I gained some muscle/fitness, but stayed obese (got a little smaller). A few years after that, I lost the obese, but kept the muscle. That's about where I am now, maintaining weight, staying active.)1 -
Lift heavy (for you) weights, eat in a slight deficit, and eat adequate protein. You got this!1
