COME ON GUYS!!!!!! LETS MAKE 2021 A GREAT YEAR even though we've all experienced a lot of craziness in 2020! HOPE TOO SEE YOU HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! 
THE CHALLENGE IS TOO MOVE!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Come here daily, weekly or as often as you can and log your progress. SET A GOAL of how may steps OR miles you can get in for the month of JANUARY...OK?
MY PERSONAL GOAL will still be reaching for 100 MILES and my mode will be WALKING...

I’ll join you with your goal of walking 100 miles in one month.
I actually like that a little better than counting steps for me.
This will ensure that I exercise more at the gym. I will probably count my elliptical miles along with treadmill miles because I do both at the gym.
