So, January was fizzling as other distraction and obligations heaped on. But then today, as I had another passable day and was entering my info for today, the last day of the month. I noticed that if I did 32 more minutes, I could hit 30 hours for the month. Was 8:30, dark and 18 degree, but I got dressed and put on my safety gears and thought I would go for a walk. Well……. I jogged the whole way. Miracles do happen. I have never jogged (without stopping) even one full mile and I did 3.44. So maybe January didn’t end so bad. Thanks for this challenge nudging me along!

I only did 17 hours of exercise in January. I am ready for February. My exercise for January was mostly walking and shoveling (when it snowed). I am adding a morning HIIT workout for February. Did my first workout this morning! I find monthly goals help, and adding a little bit more of a challenge each month is the way to go to keep my goals realistic and manageable.1
