    What has helped me tremendously and might help you is Intermittent fasting, actually more accurately time restricted eating. Ironically, even though you dont think it would, it really has helped me with my hunger. I'll admit, the first several days are rough, but then your body knows that there isn't any food coming until whatever time you decide is your eating window nd it stops sending those hunger cues. It truly has been wonderful for me. I eat from about 3:30PM-10:30pm, a little late compared to what a lot of people do but it works for me.

    I have done this for over ten years. It really helps because I don’t even think I’m about food until my eating window. I have a small low calorie lunch around 200 calories but eat a majority of my calories from 7-12. Once your body gets used to it it’s really easy to do and stopped me from being distracted and constantly worrying about food all day.

    I know it doesn’t work for everyone but it’s something to try out since it helps some.
