Hey everyone I'm definitely in. (1st time here) I used to do another challenge a little over a year ago and it really helped. I am trying to get away from weighing myself daily so weekly is perfect for me! I joined MFP in July 2018 and lost around 33 lbs and was at goal weight. Have gained half back so I'm working on losing it again. I'll be back tomorrow!

I actually put on 2lb last month,
This month I will work on my meal planning as this is a major downfall for me and I’ve thrown out all the chocolate from the cupboard🙂
1st time... 2020 brought back all the weight I lost before and then some so I am tracking my food now and I started running again. First race is in April.
