Bit disappointed - only 0.5lb off this week. At least it is still going in the right direction ๐๐. Fingers crossed for a bigger loss next week ๐ค hope everyone else has had a good week

I kept to my promise and meal planned last week, thereโs 5 people in our house and I usually have to do 3 different dinners and I donโt like waste, I donโt even like cooking!๐๐ Iโve noticed Iโve cut out most snacks, maybe my stomach has shrunk down a bit, anyway Iโm happy, roll on next week, canโt wait to see where I am in 6 months time as it has to be better than where I am now x ๐๐11 -

Really need to do better at tracking my meals. I always seem to slide on the weekends. Especially the weekends where my hubby and I are both off because he usually cooks for me, at least breakfast, and we cook completely different. But itโs oh so good!5 -

I've noticed the same. Last month the weigh in was Friday which gave me all week to counteract the weekend. We always have a roast dinner on Sunday which is never good for the scales on mondays ๐!!! Hopefully it will help me be extra mindful of my weekend eating ๐ค1 -

I'm satisfied with the loss for the week. I stayed close to my plan (found a bunch of Eating Well menu plans, yeaah), and tossed in several challenging exercise sessions of snowshoeing in foot deep snow. Sometimes I was hungry but I dodged the urge to down a bag of twizzlers or a package of cheese and kept them to a single serving and ate something better later. Good job, everyone!7 -
