    I wasnโ€™t sure how to make a reply to your post, but I have the exact same issue. I lose weight slow and Iโ€™m only a half inch taller than you. Lol

    It was and thanks! I have to be transparent though. It was my first week and we know how first weeks can be. I don't want to get all cocky and everything. Ha!

    First week went about as expected, took me a few days to settle in, finish off pizza leftovers and all, fine with that. Tracked for a 6 day streak now, and being more mindful of what I eat. No major binge or drinking sessions :) Hopefully some weight loss this second week.

    This month will be interesting since the weigh in day is Monday! I usually weigh in on Fridays and I often find that I'm the worst about snacking over the weekend. Maybe this will help curb this a little bit!

    I've noticed the same. Last month the weigh in was Friday which gave me all week to counteract the weekend. We always have a roast dinner on Sunday which is never good for the scales on mondays ๐Ÿ˜‚!!! Hopefully it will help me be extra mindful of my weekend eating ๐Ÿคž
