Eating: Weekend kept me back with the progress. I had 79.7kg (175.7 lbs) already on Friday. On the other hand I am happy that at least I kept this weight till Monday.
Exercise: I must stay a week without sport as I got a dowel for implant on Thursday. Running – 1 once (6 km total); “Lift and Shred” with J. Michaels - 2 times; planking – 4 times
Plan for week 3 – reach 79 kg (174.2lbs)

I thought this week was going to be bad as I gained and lost the same half pound over a couple of days, but had a really good weekend and stayed under my calorie allotment. I'm already at my monthly goal so hoping to drop a few more before March 1.

Really slow going, but that’s on me. Last week was LOVE week at my office and was filled with treats everyday (donuts, candy, soda bar, brownies, fudge, lunch provided, etc). So I’m considering any loss or maintenance a win after all that.10 -

A bit of an anomaly in the other direction, but it is nice to see. I just got back from an extended weekend vacation and I ate at maintenance for the weight I had two days in a row before I left, 176.6 (80.1 kg). I even ate back all my exercise calories one day too. I do use Libra, and the line continues its gentle path downward.
