So I actually ended the January challenge lower than I started the February one (242.8 vs 244.4)! That's a daily fluctuation for you. Still it's all been going in the right direction so I'm expecting to be back there in no time.4 -

Hi! I weighed 176 when I started with MFP in 2014. I've kept it below that since, but the seesaw has had a good workout. I am 62, 5'4", and need to get my BP down to stay off more meds (I have autoimmune and have plenty already). So, trying to do this before my next Dr. appt. in late March. I hope to reach the mid 140's by then.

Hi everyone. I am in. Need some accountability.
53y/o. 167 cm
Gained 25 kg (55.1) within last 2 years. Want badly back into my "normal" body.
I am tracking my food already for a week and "teetotal" for 7 days. Lost 3 kg in January.
My plan includes 3 cardio trainings and 3 resistance trainings per week. "Planks" - 5 days/week

Good morning to All! Although most of you are still sleeping, I guess
I completed my running in the morning, so I am 5 km ahead of you my American fellows With 20kg+ it takes 10 minutes longer for 5 km. But I am sure I will improve this with a time. And I am so hungry!!!! Till noon I don't eat anything what one can chew. Only hemp protein with almond milk 180 kcal. I never thought that hemp is so calorie dense. I wish all of you a very nice day and stay strong8 -
