Maintenance weight range: 65-75 kg (not sure what’s the right answer - been up and down in there numerous times in my life, apart from going way over 2010-2015).
I’d like to lose a bit to get back to 70 kg, but I’m still happy at around 75 kg.
I’m experimenting with seeing how my satiety levels are in relation to the types of foods I eat. Trying to eat more whole foods, which I’ve been getting pretty good at, and less sugar, and it’s going quite well.

Success of the week: Well, it looks like I am maintaining this month. Pretty steady. That's a good sign.
Struggle of the week: I'm still fairly far above my actual maintenance range. At least I'm still five pounds in to the healthy BMI range, and I prefer to be about 14 pounds below the overweight category (plus or minus five pounds).3 -

Success/Struggles: I was surprised that my weight was actually down a tad this week. I wasn't able to get out for my usual runs but I didn't really change my eating. I actually had a couple of high days. Nothing like sitting on the couch huddled under blankets to make you feel like snacking. And drinking hot chocolate. But it finally got above freezing on Friday so I got out for a run after work. The streets were still kind of slushy but they were better yesterday and today there were just some puddles but that was about it. I feel good that a few days of lower activity and higher eating didn't really make a difference in the long run.

I was away for a few days during the week which made it difficult to track my calories but I was very active and the net result is standstill on the scales. I use Libra to track my weight and the trend line is pointing down with no date for reaching my goal of 49 kg!4 -

Success: It is sticking at my goal weight! I increased my calorie goal by 150/daily calories and I'm still holding steady. Also got my second Covid vaccine. Side effects where minimal.
Struggle: Took a couple days off from my walk due to the shot but would not have had to. But in general an easy week.5 -

Lost to 81 kg at Easter 2020 (top of normal bmi for me), but then gained back to 88 kg in April/May (Easter egg binge; lock down closed the pool...).

Struggle/Success: I had a few days where I ate chocolate cake and ice cream as well as Kraft Mac Cheese. I paid the price for that but got things under control. I may never know what sets off these eating binges that I've had for decades. The good news is yoga is back on track and my weight is ok, not exactly in the hoped for range but getting closer.2 -

Successes/struggles of the week: My weight was up again this week, but such is life in maintenance. I did have a very high carb and high sodium meal at the beginning of the week and saw a big jump up to 113.8 lbs, most of which dropped off, but I'm still not back where I should be yet.3 -

Success/Struggles: Lowest average weight yet! Which goes to show you what logging faithfully can do. Got back on the water for the first time of the season on Saturday. And that was after a 4 mile run in the morning. Very sore the next day, but so glad to be back at rowing again! It will be weekends only until we get a little more daylight hours but Spring is around the corner. Also, did a little shopping and was pleased to find that the size 10 clothes I tried on were all too big. Even Medium seemed a little big. In the struggle side of things, I had lax logging this weekend. But did enjoy myself and earned every calorie eaten. I'll get be back on track tomorrow.4 -
