    @jca12345 - welcome! You've made a good start by joining this very supportive group and the first step to being a healthier you. Use your low mood as determination to succeed & you can do it; today is the first day of this, draw a line under what's gone and look forward, I know it won't all be easy, but we're all here for you. I think you'll love it here, and I hope you find success in the coming days, weeks, months of your journey. Many of us, myself included, found ourselves gaining over the last year or so. But you will also find folks in this group who have lost and maintained that loss for a very long time. Along the way, they have become more healthy. I take such inspiration from them. I encourage you to check in here daily and get to know the folks in this group. Open some of the spoilers you see in the posts and find the inspiration that is hidden there in their modesty. Consistent loss doesn't happen overnight, but it DOES happen if you work the program. Welcome to all our newbies!
