    Got my grocery delivery, organized and got the practice ice I had planned for everyone which meant the variables could be removed from the itinerary. Yay

    Today I did more hard work in the gym than I have done in a long time and I did it because someone I believed told me I was capable. I could just cry for joy. *kitten* feel good brain soup.
