Went on another college visit with my daughter today - I think she is going to pick this one - if she does she will go to Paris a few weeks before classes start which is cool - and she will have opportunity to study abroad for a month each of her 4 years so that’s cool - it’s exciting to see the opportunities her hard work hs afforded her

This really is so wonderful! 👌❤️

I'm already starting to lose weight. And am grateful to have downloaded the app. Logging & measuring every unit is helpful so that I don't let portions and snacking out of control Joining MFP this week has been one of my better life choices.

It took all year but I grew a Meyer lemon, mostly indoors.

Hey Honey, I’m going to try to draw this photo. It’ll probably suck. But if I feel like it’s OK, I’ll let you know and maybe you’ll let me post your hand and lemon.😂

No need to ask, I’m sure it will be a great drawing.

The heat guy likes us. Asks periodically if one of my boys would consider apprenticing with him. He has no heir and is one of very very few heating people in my area. If not for him, I’d have to hire somebody from the city which is like an hour away.

Anyway, he talked us through the issue and he’s going to rebuild the part for us at his home after church when we drop it off.

Heat fixed. Water fixed. Dryer still working after recent fuse replacement. Insurance claim started for car. Rides arranged for work and gym. Kitchen clean. Turkey roasting.

Yay!!! Glad everything is falling in to place for you.

My 14-year-old. 98% sure he didn’t learn this in class. Also, I’m not fact checking.

My youngest daughter turns 16 tomorrow. Three months ago, she was brooding, depressed, failing classes. Over Christmas break we took her out of her school into online learning. Like a light switch got flipped, she's smiling, pleasant to be around, and just aced a history exam.

That's awesome happy birthday to her.
My boy turns 16 in May!!!! Time flies

My WWII freak would like to come over there and teach these kids about it.
    It has so much history

Fair enough, i live in The Netherlands, so it is part of our history, but i love visiting historical places of WWII and learn about it

That’s what we need. Teachers with passion for their subjects. My boy would love to hear you teach

THIS made me happy inside. I've had similar struggles with my son, so it's wonderful to see someone else see victory!
