Not sure about where you’re living, but shorts season is winding down and I’m a bit sad. I’m hoping to build those thighs in definition this fall and winter though so that I need new shorts next year!

Shorts season is ending here as well... :disappointed: Good luck in your quad growth goals, got a great set now!

Thank you I appreciate it. I feel like I’ve always struggled with my legs. But no secret here my friend. All the normal basics and pushing for progressive overload. Squat, hack squat, front squat, leg extensions, leg curls is a biggie for me, walking lunges is another one that has worked well for me, leg press, stiff leg deadlifts, leg press and calve raises are all exercises that will make their way in and out of my programs.

    I really appreciate the compliment.

Thanks for sharing your leg routine, those exercises sound very effective! Legs look impressive! I've been trying to work on my calves too. Could you share more about your calf workout routine? Any chance you could share more leg pics? Always motivating to see the progress! Thanks a lot for the inspiration.

I’ve posted several other pics in this thread. Calves for me are either standing calve raise or seated. Stretching fully on the bottom before squeezing at the top. I keep the reps high around 12 to 15 and stay fairly heavy.
