Hi all I’ve been dieting always lol been recommended MFP I’m ready to start again I think calorie counting is the way to go I’m finding my way around this app slowly not the best on things like this any help would be appriciated thanks x

Calorie counting can for sure work, for those whom it suits. There is a bit of a learning curve, though: Hang in there.
