    Great challenge! 1-1.5 lbs a week is a great goal to shoot for. I’m a July baby as well and being down 20 lbs would be great for this 8cadpr1rhqci.jpeg

    I think the time with friends/colleagues far outweighs(no pun intended!)any over consumption of calories! Just hop back on the horse 🏇🐴 today🙂
    That is one of the main things I have learned from joining this group & MFP.
