We had a lovely Easter weekend! We swapped out our traditional turkey dinner for an outdoor wiener roast at the lake. Played some pickle ball and went for a nice long walk. I’m starting to think the big turkey dinner with all the high calorie fixings is over rated. It’s about the people not the meal! We had a lovely time while following all the Covid restrictions. This may lead to a new Easter family tradition!

Today at work, my co-worker said I looked cute in my outfit. Then, after work, my neighbor texted me, "hey have you lost weight?" She saw me outside.
Funny thing is I felt really chubby today in my outfit. But the tiny little compliments made me feel pretty good. It's funny how we perceive how we look vs. others; I'm sure we are much too hard on ourselves.@Toronto6fan Hooray!! Good job on the two strength training sessions.@klilev 2.4 lbs is great!

Curious: I want to speed up my weight loss for motivation purposes, nothing makes me stick to something like seeing results. And I'm thinking about doing some low-carb diet. My question to you is: do you think that even matters if I stay within the same calorie limit?
And tbh, I don't even like low carb, but I'd do it for better results.
