I'm not going to call it a LNS, but I did indulge in sweeting my herbal tea with canned sweetened Green Tea. It has added 100 calories total, but was a treat spread out over the past 3 hours of my liquid intake.1 -

As I write this, I am munching on Kim Chee. It is an acquired taste, crunchy and spicy hot. Barely any calories. It is a fermented food, so good for digestion, and I'm trying to get rid of a stomach ache. Will the fermentation win out.... or will the spicy hot be a backfire? A whole cup only has about 30 calories, and I don't know if it is even possible to eat a cup of it!!Anyway, I don't consider it late night snacking at 30 calories a cup, and the usual portion is maybe 1/4 cup. HOT.
